Service Description
This workshop is a great opportunity to try a new art medium without the initial investment of tools and equipment. It will include a brief history of the encaustic art form dating thousands of years and safety practices in the studio. Then we will learn how to use various tools and learn encaustic terms and techniques. Get your creative juices flowing with wax! It is a wonderful, tactile medium that is easy to learn and easy to fall in love with.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your workshop or event booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the event, you will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided if cancelled less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event. If for whatever reason, St. Marys Creative Retreat cancels a workshop or event, you will be fully refunded the cost of your ticket.
